Issuance of Registration Certificates

Accessing Services

All official services provided by the Kazakhstan Medical Council are processed through our secure digital E-Portal. Paper-based applications are only accepted under specific, pre-authorized circumstances.

Before applying for any service, including Certificates of Good Standing or PSV, ensure that your practitioner profile within the National Register is fully updated and that all required identification documents are digitized and certified.

Standard Processing Times:

  • Registration Certificates: 14 - 21 working days
  • CGS & CCPS Issuance: 5 - 7 working days
  • Primary Source Verification: 30 - 45 working days
  • Legal Translation: 3 - 5 working days

Service Application Process

  1. Portal Authentication: Log into the Council E-Portal using your National Digital Signature (EDS).
  2. Select Service & Upload: Choose the required service (e.g., Request CGS) and upload necessary supporting documentation.
  3. Fee Settlement: Pay the statutory state fee via the integrated secure payment gateway.
